Does this require more voting to go live or is it simply web development needed?

I made this post when I initially started looking into Mirror. Actually, what’s required is for someone to make a proposal and register the parameters + find oracle feed.

yeah, I would also like to see more non-tech stocks.

Are there any resources explaining the registration of the parameters?
What happens when the underlying asset price is not provided by Band Protocol?
For instance, for ARKK parameters registration, I don’t see any existing price feed on Band side: https://data.bandprotocol.com/

Right, we need a doc on how to list the oracle parameters else these will never be listed

I think we need to make it more clear on who is responsible for setting up a parameter vote and oracle setup?

I’m not sure that the website linked https://data.bandprotocol.com/ is reflective of all the sources available.

We already know that stocks are listed such as AAPL, GOOG etc but these are not shown on that page and as far as I know the oracle prices are coming from BAND.

Looking at the protocol explorer, they list Alpha Vantage and XE as data sources and they have stocks as well as commodities and forex. https://cosmoscan.io/data-source/9

Any BAND Protocol experts on this forum that can help out? I’d be happy to participate in writing a guide or providing MIR to get parameters registered.

Did anyone already figure out how to register the parameters + find the oracle feed?

I have no clue how to work with Band Protocol, and am stuck with 3 proposals. A doc/ tutorial would be highly appreciated.

Right now you just wait for them. They said they’re working on a few but with no public timeline.

Supposedly they’re working on upgrading Band to allow people to DIY but it’s not out yet.
